
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked, This fee must be sent via e-transfer before your appointment is re-scheduled.
Please note that I do not reply to messages outside of posted business hours.
If you're late for your appointment, I'll do my best to complete your service.
However, out of respect for my time and my next client's schedule, this may not be possible.
You will be charged full price for the service(s) booked.
Clients who DON'T SHOW UP for their appointment and/or fail to give a minimum of 3hours notice will be charged FULL price for the service(s) booked and may be expected to pay before they are booked for their next appointment. It's near impossible for me to find someone to take your spot with the short notice.
Same goes for changes upon arrival - e.g. if you are booked for a full leg wax and decide you only want a half leg wax, that leaves a gap in my schedule that could have been filled with proper notice. You will be charged for the service(s) booked.
This policy applies to all clients and appointments, even new clients. Sorry, no exceptions.
