COVID-19 RULES/PROTOCOLS

MASKS ARE MANDATORY UNTIL JUNE

If you have cold-like symptoms or have travelled outside of Canada in the last 10 days, or have been near someone who has travelled, or has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 10 days

PLEASE TAKE A RAPID TEST & ONLY BOOK IF IT'S NEGATIVE

If you have flu-like symptoms (achy, nausea, vomitting, diarrhea) I would rather you reschedule when you're feeling better, with a negative covid test.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked, unless the spot can be filled.

If you're late for your appointment, I'll do my best to complete your service. However, out of respect for my time and my next client's schedule, this may not be possible.

You will be charged full price for the service(s) booked.

Clients who DON'T SHOW UP for their appointment and/or fail to give a minimum of 3hours notice will be charged FULL price for the service(s) booked and may be expected to pay before they are booked for their next appointment. It's near impossible for me to find someone to take your spot with the short notice.

Same goes for changes upon arrival - e.g. if you are booked for a full leg wax and decide you only want a half leg wax, that leaves a gap in my schedule that could have been filled with proper notice.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation and I understand this all sounds detailed, but everything is in place to better service my established and future clientele, and keep my schedule filled.
